Thanks Steve for the wine tasting and Wave for having us over for dinner on my birthday

 

Wave had Melanie and I(as well as the two little ones) over for dinner on my birthday this week.  The food was delicious and it was nice to hang out and do minimal work.   Steve Esposito was also down from New Jersey and picked out a nice Rose(pronounced ro-zay but I don’t have the tilde to put over the e) and the above bottle of wine from Portugal.  I snapped a picture of the bottle to remind me of the name so I could try to find it next time I’m out.  It tastes like a Chianti wine but it doesn’t have the dry after taste the Chianti’s I’ve tried before(Ruffino and Classico mainly).  I definitely recommend this wine if you like Chianti wine.
