This is another article I saw on Scobles site. I still like Homeseer better but this one looks pretty nice. I might have to download it and see how well it works with my current home automation setup.

The MPX220 is not that bad but I’ve heard this phone is much more reliable and louder. The MPX220 is unusable in an environment with any background noise.

I’m a home automation geek so this one is on the long list of things I’d like to have. I was just about to buy the x10 version of this thermostat several months ago but I held off and I’m glad. Here is the new thermostat.
